THE 2025 I-X PISTON POWERED AUTO-RAMA

FOR THE 2025 SHOW:
We will start taking applications for the 2025 show on Monday, August 5, 2024. The 2025 show is slotted to return to the I-X Center from March 28 – 30, 2025
APPLICATION PROCESS:
There are four distinct applications for the 2025 I-X Piston Powered Auto-Rama show at the I-X Center. Prospective participants must submit an application which is available at pistonpowershow.com to any of these areas:
The North Halll and South Hall
The Motorcycle Pavilion
The Hot Rod Asylum (1949 or older only) located in the Ballroom
The Concourse
Each application is then screened by the shows ”Acceptance and Placement Committee” for the North & South Hall and the Motorcycle Pavilion. The Slick Devils Car Club and the show management team screen all the vehicles in Hot Rod Asylum. The Northern Ohio Car Club Association and the show management team screen the Concourse vehicles.
These different committees screen and prioritize these spots based on various criteria including but not limited to the customization of each vehicle, the number of similar vehicles in the show, the timing of your entry and the number of years that your vehicle has been entered into the show.
GROUP APPLICATIONS:
Groups may apply together and request up to 6 spaces that are contiguous and adjacent to
each other for the 2025 show. To apply as a group, download the application and submit all the applications and photos all together. The application process starts on Monday, August 5, 2024. Group vehicles will be screened by the shows ”Acceptance and Placement Committee” as are all vehicles that apply for the show. Be aware, some vehicles from a group may be accepted and some rejected.

NOTE: All commercial vendors will be contacted by Vendor Specialist Mike Halloran starting on August 12, 2024 to renew their agreement(s) for the 2025 show. The renewal period will last until October 31, 2024.
2025 SHOW TIMING & DEADLINES:
July 20, 2024: Car Club Meeting: Grindstone in Berea
August 5, 2024: Start of the application process.
August 12, 2024: All commercial vendors will be contacted by Vendor Specialist Mike Halloran to renew their agreement(s) for the 2024 show. The renewal period will last until October 31, 2024.
October 31, 2024: End of renewal period for commercial vendors.
November 1, 2024: Start of open sales for commercial vendors.
November 29, 2024: Deadline for all applications to be received by the show.
December 1 – 14, 2024: Acceptance and Placements Committee finalize floor.
December 15 – 28, 2024: Welcome kits are mailed to all accepted participants. Non-accepted entries are returned to all applicants.
January 15 – 31, 2025: Hot Rod Asylum Acceptance and Placements Committee finalize floor.
February 1 – 15, 2025: Hot Rod Asylum welcome kits are mailed to all accepted Hot Rod Asylum participants. Non-accepted entries are returned to all applicants.
March 26, 2025: Wednesday Move-In: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.
March 27, 2025: Thursday: Move-In: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.
March 28 – 30, 2025: The 59th Annual Summit Racing Equipment I-X Piston Powered Auto-Rama.
